Why I did not just leave

Just a note, for those of you who were wondering why I didn´t just walk away from the American boor and go to my hotel. First, I was bored and it seemed like something to do. Second, he was not creepy right away. I figured his creepiness was just Americanism (!) at first. After we were outside I thought it would be safer (since he had official Pentagon ID and I did not want him convinceing the hotel staff to let him in my room at night or anything) to play the supper through and then be tired and go away from him. I probably should have just never talked to the guy... oh well. I hate travelling alone.
